We highly recommend Alex and Amanda Young of The Bowtie group! Alex was referred to me by a coworker and from my very first text to him as a scared first time homebuyer, he showed patience, dedication and care to our conversation since day one. I impulsively went to an open house, and the next day I texted Alex and he got into the house I saw, wrote us up an offer and put that in for us all within 24 hours! Although we did not get our first house, he stay committed to our service and helped us find homes to match our seemingly high standards. We put our 2nd offer in on our beautiful home and bought it!

Alex has went absolutely above and beyond in communication and quick responses. It is evident he has passionate in his career and is extremely knowledgeable. We truly had a good time at each tour we went to with Alex, as we was quick to crack a joke and stay positive! We never had to worry about feeling bad or dumb when asking Alex or Amanda questions and they made us feel respected and supported in every decision we made. This was a difficult thing to go through, but Alex and Amanda made it so much easier for all of us. Alex made selling my rental property incredibly easy and stress-free. I was extremely busy, and he truly handled everything from start to finish. He listened to what I wanted, made sure the property showed beautifully, and took care of all the details so I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Alex and his wonderful wife Amanda are the perfect team for realtors. First of all, they are unbelievably thorough and Alex has even crawled out on multiple roofs and in crawl spaces to know what I was getting into. Alex is patient and assures you that he is finding your home. Making the sale does not skew their process at all. They take the time to really get to know you and your needs.  Being a first time home buyer, Alex tells you what you need to hear and assures that you will know all flaws and projects you are getting into and checks to make sure you are comfortable. Alex and Amanda were immediately responsive no matter the time or day. Through my Long process of showings and offers going higher than I can go, Alex was there for every step and reminded me to trust the process. Boy was he right! I walked through some traumatic houses that I thought were good to do showings and in the end when I found the house that fit my needs and felt like home, we knew at the same time. He is meticulous, patient, knowledgeable, and tells you what you need to hear. I am so grateful for Alex and Amanda and in the end, I am an incredibly happy homeowner and I got the guidance to make the right decision for my needs and income. Alex and Amanda are absolutely amazing. From the first day we met and still continuing after we closed. Alex has an upfront personality and if you have specific details you want in a home, he will find one that you absolutely love. He stops at nothing to get you your dream home. Amanda is a total sweetheart and makes sure all the behind the scenes work is complete accurately and efficiently. Honestly, there are not enough words that can express how amazing Alex and Amanda are.

We cant thank them enough for everything they have done for us. Without going into too much detail, we had some unforseen circumstances in our purchase that was not ours nor Alex's fault. That did not stop them. They worked tirelessly and endlessly to get us into our home. The extra mile they took, makes my husband and I eternally grateful.

Alex and Amanda are truly top-notch. As first-time homebuyers relocating from over 1,000 miles away during the same month our first child was born, we had a lot on our plates. They went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Because we couldn't be there in person, every home tour was done virtually. Alex and Amanda were incredibly thorough, flexible with our constantly changing schedule, and always made sure every question we had was answered. Throughout the entire experience, we genuinely felt like they were looking out for us as if they were buying their own home.
